In order to give credit to any artist and the work, all submissions require the following to be displayed on I Heart Art:

FULL Name
Medium Used
Title of Work (or it will have an "Untitled" label
*Brief description of the artwork.
(* This is optional unless the theme requires a story or explanation of the artwork, you will be notified if that is needed via email. )
Do NOT send small images of the works, it's better to have large images
(at least 1000px x 1000px or larger per image)

NOTICE: the artwork will NOT be published outside of the this website or eLetter. You may sale your work on this website - contact us for further information.

PLAGERIZED ARTWORK
Because this is an internet Club/ Gallery, it is very important that all artwork be the true work of the artist submitting the piece. If any artwork is found to be plagerized, then that piece will be removed from site while investigation into the true identity of the artist happens. Once the true artist is located, I Heart Art will display the work with the correct artist and an apology as it is important to give the real artist credit of their piece. The person that deemed the work to be their's, when in fact not, will be banned from ever showcasing their artwork on I Heart Art.
